Effective October 21, 2026. These terms cover Business Block Widget. The terms for grandslambert.com accounts and checkout are at https://grandslambert.com/terms-of-use/. The privacy policy for this plugin is on the Privacy Policy page under Business Block Widget.
Business Block Widget Terms of Use
Business Block Widget is free software licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later. A copy is in the plugin’s license.txt and at https://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-2.0.html. These terms do not remove those GPL rights. You may use, study, share, and change the plugin under that license.
No Plus license
Business Block Widget does not have a paid Plus add-on, a site limit, or a license key. You do not activate a commercial key to use the widget, the shortcode, or the Elementor Business Block widget. Installing the plugin from WordPress.org, or from a copy you already have, is enough. There is no separate download step that sends a key to GrandSlambert.
Contact information you publish
You choose every name, address, phone number, and URL shown on your site. You are responsible for displaying accurate contact details and for complying with laws that apply to your business and your site. The plugin formats and links the fields you enter; it does not verify that a phone number or address is correct.
Donate link
A donate link on the settings screen opens the Business Block Widget page. A donation is optional and is processed by Stripe under Stripe’s terms. Business Block Widget does not collect card numbers. A donation does not buy a license key, a site activation, or a different edition of the plugin.
Acceptable use
Do not use the plugin to break the law or to misrepresent your business. Do not use it to harvest personal data from visitors beyond what your published links and content already expose.
Warranty
The plugin is provided as-is, without warranty, as the GPL states. To the extent the law allows, GrandSlambert is not liable for lost content, lost profits, or other indirect damages from the plugin or from contact information you publish with it.
