EventFrame Plus Privacy Policy

Effective October 20, 2026. This EventFrame Plus Privacy Policy covers the EventFrame Plus plugin on your WordPress site. It requires EventFrame. The policy for grandslambert.com accounts and checkout is at https://grandslambert.com/privacy-policy/. Use the company policy for purchases and accounts. Use this page for what the plugin stores and sends on your own WordPress site.

EventFrame Plus Privacy Policy

Keep the two policies separate while you read. The company page describes grandslambert.com accounts and checkout. This EventFrame Plus Privacy Policy describes the copy of the plugin on your WordPress site. A person browsing your public pages is not performing an administrator save in the Dashboard, and an administrator save is the action this page talks about when a request leaves the site.

If you need to ask a question about this policy, use the contact form. Do not publish a license key on a public page. If this plugin has no license key, there is nothing to publish. The sections below name what stays in your database and what, if anything, an administrator request can send.

Data stays on your site

Saved events, waitlist entries, iCal files, and CSV exports of RSVPs and waitlists stay on your site. A guest waitlist entry stores a name and email address in your database when EventFrame allows guest RSVPs. Logged-in waitlist entries use the WordPress user. None of that content is sent to GrandSlambert.

iCal files are generated on your site for download. The host CSV export is also created on your site from RSVPs and waitlists. The free EventFrame RSVP, which stores a name and email address, is not sent with a Plus license check. EventFrame itself does not download Plus. You install this plugin yourself.

Saved events, the waitlist, iCal, and the host CSV stay off without an active license. Free EventFrame RSVP and My Events are not license-gated. Those free records remain on the site whether or not Plus is active.

License checks

After EventFrame Plus is active, license activation and update checks send the license key, your site URL, and a site instance ID to the GrandSlambert license server. The check identifies the license and the site. It does not upload the content you store for visitors.

Front-end Plus features stay off without an active license. Installing the plugin files is not the same as an active key. You activate the plugin yourself in WordPress, then save the key in the Plus settings. Downloading Plus does not activate it.

Free EventFrame RSVPs are not sent with these checks. The check carries the license key, your site URL, and a site instance ID. It does not carry the waitlist, the saved-event box, or the CSV.
