Questions can be asked on this plugin’s WordPress.org support forum. There is no separate support site. You can also use the contact form.
EventFrame Help
Before you post, name the plugin and describe the screen you are on. If a license is involved, say whether Plus is active. Do not paste a license key into a public forum. You can send a private note through the contact form instead.
Work from the WordPress admin screens named on this page. Save after each change so you can tell which setting caused the result. If you use a shortcode or a widget, include that shortcode or the widget name in your question. Say what you expected to see and what the screen showed instead.
Help for this plugin is the WordPress.org support forum plus the contact form. There is no separate support site. Questions about a grandslambert.com account or checkout belong with the company terms, not in a thread about a display setting. Use the contact form when the note should stay private. This help page does not replace the plugin privacy policy or the terms of use. When you write, repeat the steps you already tried, including the settings screen and any shortcode or widget, so the next reply can start from that point.
Events
Add events with one or more days, optional recurrence, a location, categories, and tags. Show them with the calendar and list views, shortcodes, or Elementor widgets. Elementor is not required. Events, schedules, locations, and calendar views stay in your WordPress database. EventFrame does not send event content to an outside service.
RSVPs and submissions
Turn on RSVPs per event, with seat limits and deadlines. Settings can require visitors to log in before they RSVP or submit an event. When a visitor RSVPs, EventFrame stores the name and email address on your site, along with the event and date. Guest RSVPs are stored only when you allow them. Submissions are saved as events for you to review, with a title, description, dates, and location.
Free RSVP and My Events are not license-gated. You do not need EventFrame Plus for those tools. The stored name and email address are not sent to GrandSlambert.
EventFrame Plus
Install EventFrame Plus yourself, then enter the license key under Events → Settings → Plus. EventFrame does not download or activate Plus. Plus adds a saved-event box, waitlist, iCal download, and host CSV export. Those Plus tools stay off without an active license. Saved events, waitlist entries, iCal files, and CSV exports stay on your site.
