What the GrandSlambert Terms of Use cover
The GrandSlambert Terms of Use apply to this website: browsing the catalog and the blog, sending a message, using an account, and buying or donating through checkout. They do not replace the license file inside a plugin, and they do not replace that plugin’s own terms page in the catalog.
Using the site
You may browse the plugin catalog and the blog. Do not use the site to break the law, probe our systems without permission, or interfere with other visitors or customers. You are responsible for what you submit on the contact form or in a comment. Do not post another person’s personal information, a password, or a license key in a public comment.
Accounts
If you have an account, you are responsible for activity under it and for keeping the password private. The My Pro Licenses page shows licenses for the account you are logged in with. We may close an account that is used to abuse the site or to share a license key past the plan that was bought.
Purchases and donations
A Plus purchase on this website is a paid license key for the plan shown on the product page. The plan states the site limit (one site, 10 sites, or unlimited) and the term (annual or lifetime). Payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe’s terms. We do not store your full card number.
Do not publish a license key, and do not use it on more sites than the plan allows. We may suspend a key that is shared past its plan or used to resell downloads from this website. Downloading an add-on does not activate it. You activate it yourself in WordPress.
A donation from a plugin page is a payment to GrandSlambert through the same Stripe checkout. A donation does not issue a license key and does not change the terms of a free plugin.
Plugins linked from this website
Plugins listed on grandslambert.com are software you install on your own WordPress site. They are released under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later, unless that plugin’s license file says otherwise. A copy is in the plugin. These website terms do not remove those rights.
What a plugin sends from your site, including any optional third-party service you connect, is described in that plugin’s privacy policy and terms, linked from its catalog page. Those pages govern the plugin. This page governs the website.
Warranty and liability
The website and the downloads are provided as-is, without warranty. The GPL states the same for the software. To the extent the law allows, GrandSlambert is not liable for lost content, lost profits, or other indirect damages from using the website.
Changes
We may update the GrandSlambert Terms of Use by posting a new version on this page and changing the effective date. The date at the top of this page is the version in effect.
