Effective October 20, 2026. This is the privacy policy for grandslambert.com, the website of GrandSlambert, Inc.

What the GrandSlambert Privacy Policy covers

The GrandSlambert Privacy Policy describes this website: the plugin catalog, the blog, the contact form, comments, accounts, checkout, and the license records we keep here.

It does not describe what a plugin does after you install it on your own WordPress site. Each plugin in the catalog has its own privacy policy. Use that page for the plugin. This page is only about grandslambert.com.

Browsing the site

You can read the catalog and the blog without an account. This website does not run a separate analytics or advertising product, and it does not build a profile of visitors for ads.

The host and WordPress may keep ordinary server logs so the site can run and so we can look into abuse. A log entry can include the page address, the time, your IP address, and the browser you used. We do not sell those logs.

Accounts

If you have an account on this website, we store the name, email address, and hashed password for that account. Accounts exist so you can manage purchases. The My Pro Licenses page lists licenses for the account you are logged in with.

We do not ask for a street address, phone number, or payment card on the account itself.

Checkout and donations

When you buy a license or make a donation, Stripe hosts the payment page. Stripe receives the details you enter there, including your card. We do not store your full card number. Stripe’s privacy policy is at https://stripe.com/privacy.

After checkout we keep the email address Stripe returns, the product, the plan, the license key we issue, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, the license status, and the expiration date. A plan is the site limit and term shown on the product page when you buy.

A donation from a plugin page on this website uses the same Stripe checkout. A donation is a payment. It is not a license key.

When a site you license checks in with us, we store that site’s URL and an instance ID on the license. That is how we apply the site limit on the plan. The check does not send us the posts, media, or visitors from that site.

Contact form

The contact form asks for your name, email address, a topic, and a message. We email that message to ourselves so we can reply. Send a license key only if you want us to look up that purchase. We keep the correspondence long enough to answer you and to handle any follow-up.

Comments

If you comment on the blog, WordPress stores the name, email address, website, and comment you submit, along with the IP address and browser information that arrive with the comment. Do not include a license key or a password in a comment. Comments are public except for the email address, IP address, and browser information.

Cookies

WordPress sets cookies when you log in, so you can stay signed in. If you comment, WordPress may set a cookie that remembers the name, email address, and website you typed. Stripe may set cookies while its checkout page is open. We do not use advertising cookies on this website.

How long we keep website records

We keep account and license records while a license is active and as long as we need them for taxes and accounting. You can ask us, through the contact form, to delete an account that has no active license.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

We may update the GrandSlambert Privacy Policy by posting a new version on this page and changing the effective date.
