GalleryFrame Plus Help

Before you post, name the plugin and describe the screen you are on. If a license is involved, say whether Plus is active. Do not paste a license key into a public forum. You can send a private note through the contact form instead.

Work from the WordPress admin screens named on this page. Save after each change so you can tell which setting caused the result. If you use a shortcode or a widget, include that shortcode or the widget name in your question. Say what you expected to see and what the screen showed instead.

Help for this plugin is the WordPress.org support forum plus the contact form. There is no separate support site. Questions about a grandslambert.com account or checkout belong with the company terms, not in a thread about a display setting. Use the contact form when the note should stay private. This help page does not replace the plugin privacy policy or the terms of use. When you write, repeat the steps you already tried, including the settings screen and any shortcode or widget, so the next reply can start from that point.

Setup

Install and activate GalleryFrame first. Activate GalleryFrame Plus, then enter the license key under GalleryFrame → Settings → Plus. Photos stay in the Media Library. A gallery stores an ordered list of those attachment IDs. Downloading Plus does not activate it.

Favorites and 1 to 5 star ratings require a logged-in WordPress user. Guests see a link to log in. Password-protect a gallery when only people with the password should see it. Client proofing selections stay on your site, and you can export them as CSV from the gallery edit screen. A watermarked web download is built from the attachment on your site. An optional original download, when you enable it, is for a logged-in visitor.

Shortcodes: [gs_gfp_favorite_button], [gs_gfp_rating], [gs_gfp_my_gallery], [gs_gfp_album_password], [gs_gfp_proofing_bar], and [gs_gfp_download_button]. Elementor widgets use the same names: favorite button, visitor rating, password form, proofing bar, and download button. The Elementor Loop Grid query ID for favorites is gs_gfp_favorites.

License activation and update checks send the license key, your site URL, and a site instance ID. Front-end Plus features stay off without an active license. Favorites, ratings, proofing selections, passwords, and photo files are not included in that request.
