Before you post, name the plugin and describe the screen you are on. If a license is involved, say whether Plus is active. Do not paste a license key into a public forum. You can send a private note through the contact form instead.
Work from the WordPress admin screens named on this page. Save after each change so you can tell which setting caused the result. If you use a shortcode or a widget, include that shortcode or the widget name in your question. Say what you expected to see and what the screen showed instead.
Help for this plugin is the WordPress.org support forum plus the contact form. There is no separate support site. Questions about a grandslambert.com account or checkout belong with the company terms, not in a thread about a display setting. Use the contact form when the note should stay private. This help page does not replace the plugin privacy policy or the terms of use. When you write, repeat the steps you already tried, including the settings screen and any shortcode or widget, so the next reply can start from that point.
Setup
Open ContentFrame to add a post type, taxonomy, meta box, or image size. Elementor is optional. When it is active, ContentFrame adds meta field widgets, dynamic tags, and a term grid. The content you publish stays in your WordPress database. Nothing is sent off the site during that setup.
Import
ContentFrame → Tools can import existing WPE Stack Content definitions. The source plugin is left unchanged. Use the import when those definitions are already on the site. It does not call an outside service and it does not delete the source plugin.
ContentFrame Plus
Get Plus downloads the add-on from a license key, then asks you to activate it. Downloading Plus does not activate it. Term images, taxonomy archives, and thumbnail regeneration need ContentFrame Plus. The download goes to https://grandslambert.com/wp-json/gs-ls/v1/package and sends the license key and the product name. It does not send your content, media, or visitors.
After Plus is active, enter the license so activation and update checks can send the license key, your site URL, and a site instance ID. Term data stays on the site. Plus is optional. The free post types, taxonomies, meta boxes, and image sizes do not require it.
