Business Block Widget Help
After you activate the plugin, add a Business Block Widget under Appearance → Widgets, place the [business-block] shortcode, or add Business Block in Elementor. Open Settings → Business Block Widget first if you want global defaults before adding instances.
Settings
Settings → Business Block Widget sets defaults for new classic widgets and for the shortcode when attributes are omitted. Defaults cover whether the title links to the URL, link target, default template (one-column or two-column), web link text, and email link text. Each widget, shortcode, or Elementor block can override any field.
Classic widget
In the widget form, enter business name, address, city, state, postal code, and up to three phones with types. Set web site URL and contact URL or email. Choose template and link target. Leave the title blank to use the business name as the heading.
Shortcode
Place [business-block] in a post or page. Useful attributes include title, name, address_1, address_2, city, state, zip, url, contact_page, phone_type_1, phone_1 (and lines 2–3), template, target, and link_title. Omitted attributes use the settings defaults.
Elementor
Elementor is optional. When it is active, the Business Block Widget category includes Business Block with the same fields as the classic widget plus Style controls for the box, title, business name, address, phones, and links. Title and business name HTML tags can be set from h1 through h6, div, span, or p. Inside Elementor, the automatic copy of the classic widget is hidden so you add the styled widget instead. If Elementor is not installed, the plugin still loads.
