This GalleryFrame Frequently Asked Questions page collects the common questions about this plugin. The short answers below match the way the plugin works on your WordPress site today.
GalleryFrame Frequently Asked Questions
Read the questions in order. They cover what the plugin requires, what stays on your site, and where to ask for help. If your question is not listed, use this plugin’s WordPress.org support forum. There is no separate support site. You can also use the contact form. Name the plugin and the screen you are on.
These answers do not change the GPL license in the plugin license.txt file, and they do not replace the company terms for accounts and checkout at https://grandslambert.com/terms-of-use/. Privacy details stay on the Privacy Policy page for this plugin. This GalleryFrame Frequently Asked Questions page is the short form of that same behavior. It does not add a feature the plugin does not already have. If a step on the Help page disagrees with an answer here, follow the Help page and ask through the contact form.
Where are photos stored?
In the WordPress Media Library. A gallery stores an ordered list of those attachment IDs. GalleryFrame does not upload photos to GrandSlambert or another host.
How do I show a gallery?
Publish it and visit its URL, use [gs_gallery id=”123″], or place the GalleryFrame Gallery widget. Layouts include grid, masonry, justified, carousel, and slider, with an optional lightbox. Permalinks are under GalleryFrame → Settings.
Does GalleryFrame require Elementor?
No. Galleries, shortcodes, and templates work on their own. Elementor adds the widgets. The Media Library files stay where WordPress put them either way.
What does GalleryFrame Plus add?
Logged-in favorites and 1 to 5 star ratings, password-protected galleries, client proofing, and downloads. Get Plus downloads the add-on and then asks you to activate it. Enter the key under GalleryFrame → Settings → Plus. Those records stay on your site. A license check sends the license key, site URL, and a site instance ID, not the photos.
Where can I get help?
Questions can be asked on this plugin’s WordPress.org support forum. There is no separate support site. You can also use the contact form.
