This EventFrame Frequently Asked Questions page collects the common questions about this plugin. The short answers below match the way the plugin works on your WordPress site today.
EventFrame Frequently Asked Questions
Read the questions in order. They cover what the plugin requires, what stays on your site, and where to ask for help. If your question is not listed, use this plugin’s WordPress.org support forum. There is no separate support site. You can also use the contact form. Name the plugin and the screen you are on.
These answers do not change the GPL license in the plugin license.txt file, and they do not replace the company terms for accounts and checkout at https://grandslambert.com/terms-of-use/. Privacy details stay on the Privacy Policy page for this plugin. This EventFrame Frequently Asked Questions page is the short form of that same behavior. It does not add a feature the plugin does not already have. If a step on the Help page disagrees with an answer here, follow the Help page and ask through the contact form.
Does EventFrame require Elementor?
No. Events, RSVPs, the calendar, and the list work on their own. Elementor adds the widgets. You can still use shortcodes and the built-in calendar and list views without Elementor.
What personal data does an RSVP store?
The visitor’s name and email address, stored on your site with the event and date. EventFrame does not send that information to GrandSlambert or another service. If you require login, the RSVP is tied to that WordPress user. Guest RSVPs are stored only when you allow them. Seat limits and deadlines are part of the event settings.
Does EventFrame install EventFrame Plus?
No. Install Plus yourself and enter the license key under Events → Settings → Plus. There is no Get Plus installer in the free plugin. Plus adds saved events, a waitlist, iCal, and a host CSV export. Free RSVP and My Events are not license-gated. License checks run only from Plus.
Where do submissions go?
A front-end submission is saved as an event on your site. It keeps the title, description, dates, and location. It is not sent to an outside service. You review it on your site. Settings can require the visitor to log in before submitting.
Where can I get help?
Questions can be asked on this plugin’s WordPress.org support forum. There is no separate support site. You can also use the contact form.
